As a result, purchases are considered final once confirmed and dispatched.
2. Order Confirmation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying:
- Vehicle compatibility
- Product specifications
- Variant, model, and fitment details
Once an order is confirmed, it is processed immediately and cannot be altered or reversed.
3. Eligibility Review
Any request related to returns or refunds is subject to internal review and approval by A4Automods.
Approval, if granted, is based solely on:
- Order verification
- Product condition assessment
- Manufacturer or supplier guidelines
Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
4. Condition Requirements
Products must meet all of the following conditions to be considered for review:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging with intact seals
- Free from marks, scratches, or damage
- Accompanied by original invoice
Items that have been installed, test-fitted, programmed, tuned, or modified are not eligible for consideration.
5. Special & Custom Orders
The following are not eligible for review:
- Custom-made or special-order items

- Clearance or discounted items
6. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed only after inspection
- Original shipping, handling, and transaction charges are non-adjustable
- Processing time may vary based on payment method
Refunds, if applicable, are issued via the original payment mode only.
7. Courier & Transit Issues
A4Automods is not responsible for:
- Courier delays
- Damage caused during transit
- Incorrect address details provided by the customer
Any assistance provided in such cases is limited to coordination with the courier partner.
8. Manufacturer Warranty
Certain products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Any warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer as per their terms.
A4Automods does not independently guarantee replacement or refund under manufacturer warranties.
9. Final Decision Authority
All decisions regarding return eligibility, replacements, or refunds rest solely with A4Automods and are final and binding.
