By accessing or using the services, website, or purchasing products from A4Automods, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. General
A4Automods reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Products & Services
A4Automods offers aftermarket automotive parts, accessories, tuning, and/or modification services. All products are intended for off-road or motorsport use unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for ensuring that any product or modification complies with local, state, and federal laws, including emissions and safety regulations.
3. Installation & Use Disclaimer
Improper installation or use of aftermarket automotive parts can result in vehicle damage, personal injury, or death.
- Professional installation is strongly recommended
- A4Automods is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification
- Customer assumes all risk associated with product installation and vehicle operation
4. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in INDIAN RUPEES
- Full payment is required before orders are processed or services are performed
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
In the event of pricing errors, A4Automods reserves the right to cancel orders and issue a refund.
5. Shipping
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
- A4Automods is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs
- Risk of loss passes to the customer once the item is shipped
6. Returns & Refunds
All return requests must be approved (within 15 days) by A4Automods.
- No returns on installed, used, or special-order items
- Returns must be in original packaging and condition
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
- A restocking fee may apply
- Products sold on sale are Non-returnable & Non-refundable
7. Warranties
Products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty only. A4Automods does not provide additional warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Horsepower gains
- Fuel efficiency
- Performance results
8. Limitation of Liability
A4Automods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle damage
- Loss of use
- Loss of profits
- Personal injury
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A4Automods from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from:
- Use or misuse of products
- Vehicle modifications
- Violation of laws or regulations
10. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and branding are the property of A4Automods and may not be used without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of INDIA.
