This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed with A4Automods are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
- Custom, special-order, or imported items may require additional processing time
Customers will be informed if there is any significant delay in processing.
2. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India
- International shipping may be available on request (additional charges apply)
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship orders using reliable courier and logistics partners such as:
- Blue Dart
- Delhivery
- DTDC
- India Post
(or equivalent services)
Carrier selection depends on location, package size, and availability.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on product size, weight, and destination
- Shipping fees (if applicable) will be communicated before order confirmation
- Any additional charges (remote area, oversized items) will be borne by the customer
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-metro / rural areas: 4–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email once the order is dispatched
- Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and coordinating with the courier if required
7. Delivery Issues
A4Automods is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier companies
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability
- Damage after delivery confirmation
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos of the package and product
- Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted
We will evaluate the issue and assist as per courier and product eligibility.
9. Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
